The 'tuning bracket' was originally designed by Donald Blair many years ago for attaching a tuner to bagpipes. It was developed as an aid as 'we've already our hands full' without also trying to balance a tuner. The bracket is available for the HBT2 tuner (and HBT1). The tuner slides into the bracket and is securely fastened by a velcro strap around your blowpipe stock. It won't damage the wood on your pipes.
